Who We Are
Honeycrest Care provides supported accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25 years. Our aim is to give young adults a safe and nurturing environment where they are supported in rebuilding their lives, gain skills and transition to independent living. Our supported accommodation allows each young person to live independently while getting tailored support based on their individual needs. Each young person is assigned a suitable key worker to support them in attaining their goals such as finding employment to being an active member of their local community.
At Honeycrest Care, we put our service users at the forefront of the support we provide, giving them control over how and when they receive support. Depending on needs our support can be from as little as a few hours each week or more.
Our mission is to provide safe and supportive accommodation for vulnerable young people, empowering them to rebuild their lives, achieve their potential, and contribute positively to their communities.
Our vision is a world where every vulnerable young person has access to secure and nurturing accommodation, where they are treated with respect, dignity and compassion, and where their rights and needs are prioritised.
