Welcome To Honeycrest Care
Honeycrest Care provides supported accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16-25 yrs. The purpose of this provision is to create a safe and supportive environment where vulnerable young people can rebuild their lives and gain confidence whilst they get tailored support to address their low to high-level support needs.

Accommodation & Support
Our supported accommodation allows each young person to live independently while getting tailored support based on their individual needs. Each young person is assigned a suitable key worker to support them in attaining their goals such as:
- Life Skills
- Budgeting and Managing Finances
- Access Education, Employment or Training
- Accessing Local Community
- 24/7 On-Call Support
